I brought in a pair of sterling silver earrings for repair and was quoted a repair price,

etc. last Saturday.  I received a message on my voice mail that I needed to contact

Kevin in Jewelry Repair.  I called and he explained that the repair for the earrings

would be more involved than initially determined.  I decided not to have the earrings repaired.

I told Kevin how much I liked the pair and he suggested that when I come in I could look

through the catalog to find a similar style.

 

Kevin helped me look through the catalog(s) and I found a pair that I liked and I placed an order.

He was pleasant, patient and very professional.  Too often today, fine customer service is a rarity.

Kevin was so helpful that I thought I should let him know how pleased I was with the time

he took with me while providing his professional insight.

 

I want to let you know that I left JBD with a good feeling that was born of exemplary customer service.

stud earrings on layaway.  Thanks Kevin!
